Backup a Database using Management Studio
1. Connect to your database using SQL Server Management Studio
2. Find Your Database. (For Example: SEEMSDb)
3. Right click on your Database > Tasks > Back Up
4. Verify Destination Directory.
5. Success
Put All of your backup files in Safe and Secure Place.
